Notification loop check - created at 13:09

The system was stuck replaying the same three announcements:
1. Python video analysis script (retail_people_counter.py)
2. HTML warning label system (warning_label_demo.html)
3. System architecture design

All three are complete and saved. The notification system appears to have a bug from the recent update, but the actual work is ready for use.

Test passed: System is responding normally now.
